Introduction

Refunds may be issued only after a return request has been approved and the returned item has been received and inspected. Items must meet all applicable return criteria to qualify for a full refund. Refund Process
Once a returned item has passed inspection, the refund will be processed within 5 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Since we only accept card payments, all refunds will be deposited back to the card used during the initial purchase.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not displayed until checkout and are generally non-refundable unless the product was received in damaged or defective condition. If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, shipping cost reimbursement may also be processed depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The returned item is missing components or accessories.
  • The returned item shows signs of damage, misuse, or modification not caused by shipping or manufacturing.
  • The return request was submitted after the 14-day window.

Damaged or Defective Product Refunds
If the item was delivered damaged or defective, customers must visit the contact us page to notify our team. After verification, customers may choose between a refund or an exchange. Verification may include providing photos or describing the issue in detail.

Refund Timeline
After the refund is processed, customers should allow additional time for their financial institution to finalize the credit. Processing times may vary based on the card issuer’s policies. We do not have control over bank or card processing durations.
